Our Spore probiotic supplement contains powerhouse probiotic strains, Bacillus subtilis HU58, Bacillus coagulans SC208, and Bacillus clausii UBBC-07, which have a natural ability to cause significant changes to the microbiome. NZ Shipping:

Returns & Refund Policy

If you’re not satisfied with Youth & Earth Products, we're not satisfied. We want to help ensure your shopping experience is second to none.

We offer a 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee Refund Policy* for all orders from the date you received the product. The only product not covered is the 100g size NMN Powder, so please do not purchase unless you have tried smaller sizes of the product and are satisfied with it.

Returns Terms and Conditions

Only Products purchased on the www.youthandearth.com website can be returned to Youth & Earth for a refund, T&Cs apply. Products purchased in a department store, specialty retailer or elsewhere must be returned to their original place of purchase.

We will issue a 100% refund for all unopened products within 30 calendar days of delivery receipt if you wish to return them, given they have been stored correctly since receiving. All returned items must be unopened, unused, with unbroken seal and not damaged. Returned products that don't meet the aforementioned criteria, will not qualify for a refund and will be disposed of.

If you react or not happy with a product, you have the option of exchanging or refunding it under our 30 Days Money Back Guarantee. Please note, we do not accept opened/used products back.

All orders are subject to a refund regardless of country.

Damages and issues:

The only circumstance under which our above guarantees do not apply is if the product is found to be faulty. We kindly ask that you check your order as soon as it arrives and notify us straight away if any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. This allows us to assess the issue and resolve it appropriately.

Our guarantee is available exclusively to individuals who qualify as consumers under New Zealand’s Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. We reserve the right to decline any refund request if the outlined conditions are not fulfilled or if we believe—at our sole discretion—that the request is part of a coordinated effort to exploit our refund policy or is otherwise being misused.

Return Procedures: Email team@youthandearth.co.nz with your order number (found on your order confirmation email) and request a refund. Please allow 7 days to process your refund after we have received the returned order.
